The exterior of the house is decorated in a traditional style where stone, light tones and a classic sloping roof dominate. Next to the house there is free parking for guests and a basketball hoop. In front of the house there is a large open space and a swimming pool with a stunning view of the town of Labin. Next to the pool there are sun loungers, outdoor shower and barbecue, and at the back of the house is a trampoline for children. The total area of the villa is 200 square meters and it can comfortably accommodate 8 guests. The living room is connected to the kitchen and dining room and has direct access to the terrace with pool. The villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have double beds and one has 2 single beds that can be joined if needed.
