Located right by the sea in the small town of Jasenice near Split, Villa Mladenka is a house that will delight you at first. It was built back in 1888 as an original stone house, and the renovation process lasted 2 years and ended in 2021. The old part of the house was completely renovated respecting tradition, while the whole newly built part brought many additional modern facilities for relaxation and entertainment.

The house has an area of 370 square meters spread over 3 floors and additional terraces, on a completely fenced and landscaped property of 1300 square meters. On the ground floor there is a large parking lot for guests, garages and storage with laundry. On the first floor there is a large living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and a large covered terrace ideal for socializing after lunch. In addition, on the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have king size beds, and one has 2 single beds that can be connected if necessary. The second floor is almost identical to the first, so there is another living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and large covered terrace, which is a great option in case guests want to temporarily separate into male and female parts, in order to talk about their topics in private. In addition, there are 3 more bedrooms on this floor, 2 of which have king-size beds and one has 2 single beds that can be joined together if needed. Villa Mladenka thus has a total of 6 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and air conditioning and which can comfortably accommodate 12 people.

What is special about this house, apart from various contents, are certainly the numerous terraces. On the largest terrace there is a heated pool with open sea view surrounded by sun loungers, and in case you get tired of sunbathing right next to the terrace there is a large tavern with barbecue which will be a great choice for a break from the sun. The house has 2 additional terraces, a large terrace with an outdoor jacuzzi and lounge chairs ideal for a late afternoon break and an upper smaller terrace with sun loungers. Right next to the mentioned terrace there is a landscaped garden with a children's playground and a trampoline so that the youngest will have their own hobby.

In addition to all the above in the attic of the old part of the house there is a sauna for relaxation, billiards and a play area with a playstation, so we believe that you will have plenty of ideas of what to do during your stay in this house.
