Villa Fenomen Plitvice, located just a few hundred meters from the world- famous Plitvice Lakes, is a truly unique property that you can rent. On a large, fully fenced, property there are 2 houses that can be rented individually or together. The property also has deck chairs ideal for soaking up the sun and relaxing in beautiful nature, a barbecue where you can prepare your favorite dishes and a large table for dining al fresco. Both houses are built like real mountain houses made of wood and with a sloping roof to fit perfectly into the surroundings. It is the stunning environment that surrounds the houses that is their main specialty. On all sides the houses are surrounded by hilly terrain with dense forest which will provide guests with complete privacy and fresh air. Together both houses can accommodate a total of 12 (+6) guests making them a great choice for families and larger groups.

The large house has a spacious living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen and 4 bedrooms. The living room is filled with rustic furniture and a fireplace in the middle, which gives it extra charm. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom and TV, while on the upper floor there are also 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom and TV. Of the 4 bedrooms mentioned, 2 have a double bed and two have 2 single beds that can be joined.
The smaller house has a living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bedrooms. The living room of the smaller house is also adorned with rustic furniture and a fireplace. Both bedrooms have a TV and 2 single beds that can be connected if needed and one shared bathroom. For complete relaxation, a sauna is at guests ’disposal, and quads and bicycles can be rented at an additional cost. Sufficient parking space for guests is provided on the property.
