The adorable house Roza is located in a small village Kupjak in Gorski Kotar, just over an hour away by car from Zagreb, which makes it a great choice for a weekend vacation, but also for longer stays in nature in the fresh mountain air. This charming hut is located at the very top of the place, which allows it an unobstructed panoramic view of the distant forest slopes and the Slovenian Alps. Right next to the house there is a famous toboggan run which is great for families with children. The total property is 2000 square meters and consists of a main house, a wellness facility and a large covered terrace with barbecue.

The main house is a typical mountain hut on 2 floors with a sloping roof. On the lower floor there is a living room with large windows that allow plenty of daylight and a stunning view, one bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen with dining table and additional space with a small bar ideal for socializing over coffee or a glass of wine. The bedroom on the lower floor consists of a double bed and a single bunk bed. If you climb the beautiful solid wood stairs to the first floor, you will arrive at a relaxation area with a sofa bed, and from this space you enter the bedroom with a double bed and a balcony. On the upper floor there is an additional toilet. House Roza can accommodate 5 (+2) guests.

The additional wellness facility is located just a few steps away from the main house, which allows it an even better view. On the lower floor there is a jacuzzi, wooden deck chairs for relaxation, toilet and shower, and in front there is a large sliding glass wall that can be fully opened at the request of guests. If you climb the stairs to the first floor, you will find a sauna that has a large glass wall in front of it so that it offers a stunning view. This additional facility is well designed for complete relaxation with a beautiful view from all parts.

Next to the house there is also a large covered area with barbecue ideal for daily gatherings over lunch, and next to the house there is a famous toboggan run ideal for children. For guests looking for an active holiday, bicycles are available at the price of the stay, and a quad is available at an additional cost.
