Villa Leucolea

Villa Leucolea is a holiday house located right by the sea on the island of Cres and is a great choice for families or couples. It is located on a fully fenced property with a beautiful sea view, and offers its guests peace and privacy. The location of the villa is great because it is located in a quiet part, and the center of Cres and the sea are reachable within a few minutes walk. In front of the house there is a heated outdoor pool where you will enjoy the beautiful sunny days. After swimming in the pool you can lie down, sunbathe and relax on the sun loungers by the pool. Next to the pool there is an outdoor shower and a large covered terrace with barbecue and dining table. While some members of the group prepare a barbecue, others can sunbathe and swim in the pool, and later all together enjoy their favorite barbecue dishes with a beautiful view of the nearby sea. Villa Leucolea has secured parking for its guests within the fenced property, and also has a charger for electric vehicles.

Villa Leucolea is a newly built holiday home built in a traditional style with a sloping roof to fit perfectly into the surroundings of the charming town of Cres. The villa is 183 square meters big, spread over 2 floors and can accommodate a total of 8 guests. The interior of the villa is carefully decorated, predominately in pastel colors, with stone walls and wooden beams that give a special charm to this holiday home. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a fireplace connected to a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area. The living room is surrounded by large glass walls that provide plenty of daylight and allow direct access to the outdoor terrace and pool. Villa Leucolea has 3 fully air-conditioned bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a TV. Two bedrooms have a king size bed and one has 2 single beds that can be joined if needed. One bedroom with a king-size bed also has access to a charming covered terrace where you can enjoy a glass of wine with a beautiful sea view before bed.

Today, the town of Osor is located at the canal that separates the islands of Cres and Lošinj, and the islands are connected by a rotating bridge. Cres is the largest Croatian island, after Hvar also the longest, and on it is the famous lake Vransko Jezero. Cres is an island that will delight guests looking for an active vacation who will be able to walk, hike or bike on some of the many trails.
