Villa Aria

Villa Aria is a modern luxury villa for rent, built in traditional architectural style, out of stones, with a pitched roof and charming blue shutters. It is located in the small place Maružini in Istria, only twenty kilometers from Rovinj. Villa Aria is 277 square meters big, consisting of a ground floor and first floor, and can comfortably accommodate 6 (+2) guests. The entire exterior property of the villa is completely fenced, and parking for vehicles is provided inside the property. On the property there is an outdoor swimming pool which has a special shallow part suitable for younger children. While children are swimming in the pool, adults can enjoy and sunbathe on the deckchairs by the pool. If you don\'t feel like sunbathing, you can relax at the large outdoor table on the covered terrace next to the pool. Right next to the table, there is a grill where you can prepare your favorite dishes, and while the grill is being prepared, just jump into the pool for refreshment. Villa Aria is certainly an excellent choice for families with children, but also for couples or mixed groups.

The interior of Villa Aria, is a lovely mixture of traditional and modern elements, with light pastel colors prevailing. On the ground floor there is a large open space with a spacious living room, kitchen and dining area. Wooden beams, a fireplace and a kitchen in rustic style give it a special charm. As for the bedrooms, Villa Aria has 3 of them, one of which is located on the ground floor, and two on the first floor. All bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom, air conditioning and TV, and two bedrooms also have access to the terrace. Also, two bedrooms have a king size bed, and one has 2 single beds that can be joined if necessary.

Villa Aria is located in the small, quiet place Maružini, twenty kilometers from Rovinj and thirty kilometers from Poreč. We definitely recommend visiting these two charming cities where you will enjoy the old city center with a scoop of ice cream or a cup of coffee. Go out in the evening and experience the cities at night in one of the famous restaurants or bars with a glass of wine or your favorite drink.
