Villa Antoan definitely falls into the category of ultra luxury villas on the Adriatic coast. It is located on the coast, right by the sea, in a small quiet place Zaton, near Dubrovnik. Due to its location and microlocation, it is ideal for guests who on the one hand want peace and privacy, and on the other hand want to be close to the city center. The area where you will surely spend the most time during your stay in Villa Antoan is the open terrace with an infinity pool. The heated outdoor pool is located in the middle and is surrounded by sun loungers, a covered area with barbecue facilities, an outdoor kitchen and a dining table. After enjoying the finest barbecue dishes on the terrace with a beautiful view, you can switch to the lounge armchairs a few meters away and relax with a favorite drink by the pool.

Since it is cascading on a steep terrain, Villa Antoan is entered from the top floor where parking is provided for guests arriving by car. If you take the elevator or stairs down one floor, you will find 3 fully air-conditioned bedrooms. Each of the mentioned rooms has an ensuite bathroom, TV and access to its own balcony or loggia. Two bedrooms have king size beds, while the third has 2 single beds that can be joined together if needed. On the lowest floor there is a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, air conditioning, TV and access to a private balcony. Next to it is another smaller bedroom with a queen-size bed, ensuite bathroom, air conditioning and TV. On the other side of the same floor there is a large luxuriously equipped living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Almost the entire living room is surrounded by large glass walls which, in addition to giving a lot of daylight, provide a beautiful view. The living room opens onto the aforementioned terrace with a pool and its stunning views. Villa Antoan has another special feature, which is a sauna located under the pool. The sauna has a glass wall overlooking the sea so you can enjoy the beautiful view while relaxing.

Villa Antoan allows you to swim in the beautiful sea whenever you want, just a few steps away from the villa. Jump into the sea as soon as you wake up or refresh yourself before lunch, and in the evening enjoy the pool overlooking the sea and all this in complete privacy. If you want fun or city crowds, the historic city of Dubrovnik is only a 10-minute drive away. Have a coffee on Stradun, take a walk through the Dubrovnik walls or have dinner in one of the top restaurants.
