Villa Paulina was built in 1938 for Dr. Milićević and his wife Paulina, and due to its architectural construction significant for the period between the two world wars, it was declared a protected monument, completely and thoroughly renovated in 2013. The villa nurtures the concept of interesting and functional spatial design where all elements of interior design were designed by famous international and Croatian designers (Charles & Ray Eames, Eero Saarinen, Jean Prouvé, Eileen Gray, Foruse, Konstantin Grčić, Hee Welling, Otto Blümel, Maarten Van Severen, Numen Group / For Use). The works of art in the villa are the work of artist Nikola Šimunović.

The villa contains a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area, and in the basement there is a lounge area with comfortable armchairs, a wine fridge and a large table for socializing or tasting the finest wines. When you want to relax, there is also a Finnish sauna. Villa Paulina has 5 designer bedrooms and can accommodate a total of 10 (+2) guests. Each bedroom is air conditioned, has a private bathroom and TV, and 4 bedrooms have king size beds, while one has 2 single beds. Additional attractions are certainly the mirror room with a beautiful antique bathtub from where the stairs lead to the attic where there is a corner with books where book lovers can enjoy reading selected literature. In front of the house there is a large terrace with stunning views of the Adriatic Sea, the beautiful island of Lokrum and the historic old town where guests are sure to spend most of their time. Having dinner while watching the sunset on this terrace will delight everyone, especially romantic souls. On the terrace there is a swimming pool, jacuzzi, dining table, lounge armchairs to relax and a beautifully landscaped garden with lots of greenery. The villa has 2 garage spaces and 4 additional parking spaces for its guests.

Fantastic views will inspire you to take many photos, and the sights you will capture will continue to amaze you again and again. Visit Dubrovnik's museums, taste some of the delicious Mediterranean specialties in the taverns and restaurants of the Old Town and complete the treat with a cup of coffee in Stradun, all within a few minutes walk from the villa.
