Villa Jerini Estate is located on a large property on the island of Krk, and consists of 2 houses that can be rented individually or together. Both houses are built of traditional stone and fit perfectly into the charming village of Bajčići, 5 kilometers from the town of Krk and a place called Malinska. The houses are located on a property of 2000 square meters that is completely fenced which guarantees guests privacy.

The main house has a richly furnished living room adorned with wooden beams that give extra charm, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bedrooms. Both bedrooms are fully air conditioned, have a king size bed, ensuite bathroom, air conditioning and TV. Villa Jerini Estate can accommodate altogether 6 people, if the sofa bed in the main house is used as well. The main house also has a tavern with a wine cellar, ideal for evening gatherings. Guests of the main house can also enjoy a spa area that includes a sauna and an indoor jacuzzi surrounded by large glass walls that can be fully opened. In front of the spa area there is a large outdoor pool surrounded by sun loungers where guests will enjoy the warm sunny days. There are sun loungers for sun bathing and relaxing by the pool, as well as chairs and a table for your favorite drinks.

The smaller house is located a few meters away from the big house, and its guests have their own private smaller pool in front of the house. There are sun loungers by the pool, and next to the pool there is a barbecue and an outdoor dining table ideal for socializing while enjoying your favorite dishes. On the ground floor there is a living room connected to the kitchen which is surrounded by glass walls. This house also contains 2 bedrooms that can accommodate a total of 6 guests. Both bedrooms are fully air conditioned, have a king size bed and an extra single bed, ensuite bathroom, air conditioning and TV.
